During the past fiscal year, MIDHCO succeeded to sustain its growth in spite of the unduly imposed financial and economical sanctions and the increase of the rate of exchange of foreign currencies.

The implementation of our strategies and plans resulted achieving considerable rise in the value of our shares.

The projects under execution have progressed in accordance with their respective schedules and three of which, have been completed and commissioned, thus enabling MIDHCO to also proceed to the operation stage of its plans.

It should also be noted that MIDHCO has been utilizing the state of art technologies. In particular, technologies friendly to environment and with high energy productivity have been selected due to its policies and unwavering commitment to observe and enhance health, safety and environmental (HSE) conditions of its work places as well as those of our surrounding communities.

A prime principal based on which MIDHCO is founded is to carry out its activities with integrity, based on mutual respect, in accordance with its business code of conducts emanated from high values prevailing over its organization.

MIDHCO has further strengthened and continued with its professional responsibilities, by taking part in preparation of strategies for the mine sector and several mining industries along with the Ministry of, Industries Mines and Trade and its think tanks and has had an active role as board member in the Mine Commission of the Chamber of Commerce Industries and Mines of Iran as well as in the Technology Council.

Cooperating with NGOs and assisting professional societies and managing seminars has also been a part of MIDHCO’s undertakings in line with its perceived social responsibilities.

In acknowledgement of MIDHCO’s efforts, the Head of Planning Committee of MIDHCO was recognized by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Trade and the Ministry of Higher Education as the Top Researcher in the sections of mines and industries. Furthermore, in recognition of its remarkable performance, MIDHCO was granted the National Productivity and Excellence Award (equivalent of EFQM) with four stars. MIDHCO also received the Productivity Award from IMIDRO.

Most important of all, MIDHCO has been able to win the satisfaction of its beneficiaries, including its valued shareholders, employees, and clients as well as the society.

To conclude, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards our valued shareholders and clients, who have placed so much faith and trust in our organization and in our capabilities. I would also like to convey my particular appreciations towards our valued colleagues and dedicated contractors, without whose hard work, sincerity and devotion, MIDHCO could not have paved the road of success and achievement.
